Adult community sessions
These sessions are a space to better understand how your brain works, alongside other people who get it.
They’re grounded in science, shaped by lived experience, and focused on what actually helps in real life.
No pressure to share. No expectation to have it all figured out. Just a space to learn, reflect, and connect.
What these sessions are:

  • A mix of psychoeducation, reflection, and shared understanding
  • Real-life, practical insight you can actually use
  • A low-pressure environment, you can listen as much as you speak
  • A space where things are explained in a way that actually makes sense
And what they are not:

  • Therapy or a replacement for clinical support
  • One-to-one advice or crisis support
  • A space for detailed or triggering personal disclosures
  • A place where you need to “perform”, participate, or share

How sessions are structured:
Group coaching & community sessions will usually be in clusters of tables, so shared reflection can take place, without becoming chaotic. More educational sessions may be in a theatre style layout, if I have slides to build on the discussion topic.
Each session usually includes:
  • A focused topic (e.g. burnout, emotional regulation, relationships)
  • Practical explanation of what’s happening and why
  • Space to reflect, individually or together
  • Practical tips for different ways we could approach things
  • Optional discussion
You can engage as much or as little as feels right.
Community Contribution
These sessions are currently free to attend.
To keep them running and sustainable, there’s an optional community contribution.
There’s no expectation and no pressure.
But if you’re able to contribute, it helps cover costs and allows the sessions to continue and grow.
