Bridging the gap between neuroscience, lived experience, and real-world application.
AuDacity was founded by Lauren Fletcher, combining senior HR leadership experience with lived experience of neurodivergence.
This work sits at the intersection of clinical understanding, workplace reality, and everyday life.
Too often, people are left trying to make sense of themselves within systems that were never designed for them.
In clinical spaces, important pieces can be missed. In workplaces, support often doesn’t translate into practice. In everyday life, people are left trying harder, without better tools.
This was my reality for all too long.
AuDacity exists to bridge that gap.
Through consultancy, training, and community work, AuDacity supports:
Organisations to build genuinely neuro-inclusive environments
Clinical and public services to develop more integrated, neuro-affirming practice
Individuals and families to better understand how their brains work
Science-led,
not surface-level.
Lived-experience informed,
not purely theoretical.
Practical and applicable,
not just awareness.
Lauren brings experience from senior HR leadership roles alongside work with clinical services, multidisciplinary teams, and neurodivergent communities.
This allows her to translate complex theory into something that actually works in practice, across different systems and environments.
Built on understanding how brains work, and creating ways of living, working, and supporting that reflect that.
Because when we change the lens, things can start to make more sense.
